Q&Q-Queques e Queijadas, Lda. is a pastry manufacturing company. All products are Portuguese and are subject to Portuguese law.
Q&Q-Queques e Queijadas, Lda. is responsible for the personal data provided, protecting it and not sharing it. Should the need arise, it will only be shared with the authorities duly authorised and identified to do so.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy ("PP") is to protect the privacy of all those who use the Website www.qeq.pt. This is to inform you of how your personal data will be collected and processed.

We have already specified some concepts that will be used in the rest of the PP.
(1) A consumer is anyone over the age of 18 who makes a purchase.
(2) Distributor is the company responsible for delivering the Seller's products to the Consumer.
(3) User is any person over 18 years of age.
(4) Third party means any natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body which, although not the data subject, controller, processor or other person under the direct authority of the controller or processor, is authorised to process the data and is the entity with which personal data is shared for the purposes of the operation, in particular packaging or processing of any exchanges/returns and product guarantees, of the Distributor for delivery of the products or exchange/return of the same.

Access to the data collected is limited to employees of Q&Q - Queques e Queijadas, Lda, any subcontractors and third parties who require such access to fulfil the functions of supplying products and services to the user.
Access may also be made available to official authorities, if necessary, for the fulfilment of legal obligations, namely when required to do so by law or by any judicial or administrative order, provided that it is issued by a competent body.

6. How long my data stays
Your data may be kept indefinitely in order to organise and disseminate content.

7. What rights do I have over my data?
