Q&Q  is a Portuguese company specialized in Portuguese flavoured tarts. Established in 2011,  Q&Q follows an ancient tradition established by catholic nuns in the 15th century that favoured natural ingredients as eggs, milk, flour and sugar to create delicious desserts. Our purpose is to preserve the authenticity of these pastry recipes, using genuine ingredients, artisan confection methods always aware that consumers taste evolve and that change is also a natural ingredient. Our conviction is that everything we eat should be as natural as possible. This is why we only use fresh eggs, fresh milk, without addiction of  colorants and preservatives, using just sugar as a natural preservative.
