COOKING WITH FRESH, NATURAL INGREDIENTS


We rely on the best dried fruit, fruit and vegetables of the day to obtain genuine and intense flavours, eliminating the use of preservatives and artificial colourings in the preparation of our muffins and cheesecakes.

Some of our pastries require the addition of pre-preparations to finalise the product. Although this represents a residual percentage of our process, all ingredients are listed on the technical sheets for full transparency.

HANDMADE PASTRIES


It's quite common when we receive visitors to our production area for most of them to be surprised by how artisanal the process is.


Making the preparations by hand on our premises is intended to allow the pasta to breathe more slowly, acquiring a more intense and natural flavour.

We proudly follow very old recipes, which naturally gives our pastries a Portuguese signature.


We are aware that consumption is evolving and we must respect consumer preferences without losing our identity.
